Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 9, 2026
Plexus Clinical LLC operates www.plexusclinical.com. In this policy, "Plexus," "we," and "us" mean Plexus Clinical LLC and its affiliates, which together provide healthcare infrastructure services to medical practices. This policy describes the information we collect through this website and in the course of our business operations, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you use our contact form, email us, or communicate with us at meetings or events, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, organization, role, area of interest, and the content of your message.
Technical information. Our website hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.
This website does not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information.
Health information and our role
This website is a corporate site for healthcare professionals and business audiences. It is not a patient portal, and we do not collect patient health information through it.
In the course of providing services to our healthcare provider clients, Plexus may handle protected health information on those providers' behalf. When we do, we act as a business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and that information is governed by written business associate agreements with our clients, not by this policy. We use and disclose such information only as those agreements and applicable law permit.
If you are a patient, your healthcare provider, not Plexus, is responsible for your medical records and privacy rights. Please direct requests about your health information to your provider. If we receive such a request directly, we will refer it to the appropriate provider as required.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about the services you asked about.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To manage our client, vendor, and business relationships.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations.
How we share information
We share personal information only with: service providers that help us operate this website and our business (such as hosting, form-processing, and communications providers), under obligations of confidentiality; professional advisors (such as legal counsel and accountants) where needed; and government authorities where required by law. If Plexus is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction under confidentiality protections. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Retention
We retain contact and business communications for as long as needed to handle the matter and maintain a record of our business relationships, after which they are deleted or de-identified.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us by emailing info@plexusclinical.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and honor any additional rights that apply under the laws of your state. Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites, we do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
Security and compliance
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we handle, aligned to the sensitivity of that information.
The compliance badges displayed on this site should be read as follows: the HIPAA badge reflects Plexus's own compliance program for client engagements involving protected health information. References to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 refer to independent certifications held by our cloud infrastructure provider (AWS); they are not a representation that Plexus itself has completed an independent SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit. For documentation relevant to a specific engagement, including business associate agreements and current attestation status, contact info@plexusclinical.com.
Children
This website is intended for professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; material changes will be posted on this page.
